I'm David Young. Welcome to Caradoc Consulting.
In 2008, after a prior career in finance, I became involved in running alumni relations and fundraising operations in schools. Over the last 14 years I've managed successful operations at four leading UK schools and have advised others on how to improve their outreach to alumni and parents, helping them to build lasting communities of philanthropy and support.
Through Caradoc, I provide these services on a consultancy basis to schools and colleges looking to start or improve their alumni relations and fundraising operations.
I specialise in building community engagement and alignment with the schools' case for support. I offer guidance to industry newcomers and conduct feasibility studies, design campaigns and help with recruitment and operational logistics.
